In 24 hours the world changes completely

My Birthday is tomorrow.

By this time tomorrow I will have moved up one box in the demographic breakdowns. I am no longer in the 24-35 catagory. Tomorrow I begin my new life as a 36-45′er.

I have not yet begun to fathom how this will change my life. Do I have to stop watching the CW now (not that I was watching much there anymore anyway) Do I have to stop buying cereal with cartoon characters on the box? Do I have to stop watching cartoons? Do my All Stars no longer qualify as formal footwear?

I haven’t fully absorbed my new status yet. I don’t yet comprehend how I will be so different on tuesday that most advertisers will like that I am now watching the same shows, going to the same movies and listening to the same music I did the daybefore yesterday. I don’t feel any older in my head (my knees and back however do feel a bit sore)

I don’t really believe I am going to be over 35. Heck, there are mornings I wake up and have to remind myself its not 1997 anymore. 26, that was a good year.

Hears hoping for another year like that one.
