Decision ‘08 – Shays concedes
Long serving Republican Congressman Christopher Shays concedes the Connecticut 4th district.
That means there is not a single Republican member of Congress from New England.
I have started to hear fears from some older voters… not for what this new swing means politically, but I have actually heard some folks say they fear for Obama’s safety, and how fractured we are still becoming between left and right.

Decision ‘08 – Why Now?
Okay, Its been a long time since I blogged, why did I return to blog this night?
I am not sure. Its an exciting night, history is being made.
Those of you who know me, know my politics. This election season I did not wear it on my sleeve so much tho. I felt I didn’t have to. The country seems to be begining to swing back towards the left of center again.
My life has had plenty of personal challenges lately, and my friends have been so supportive. So sit back, and enjoy my reactions to the the night.
Decision 08 – The first results
Its shortly after 7pm EST
I have just sat down, with my sandwich and a large beverage.
The first states are in, Kentucky in McCain’s Column, Vermont in Obama’s.
No surprises there.
